We are committed to provide all customers exceptional service, cancelling without giving enough notice prevent another customer to be seen on our standby list. CANCELATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 12 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT, which is typically enough time for us to reach out to people on our standby list, If you fail to cancel before the required time frame you will be charged 50% of scheduled service. You may cancel your appointment free of charge with at least 12 hours notice. We also understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten your service if you are 15 minutes late for your lash service /or 5 minutes late for you wax service, your late arrival will limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. If the time exceeds the waiting time or does not show up, we will be forced to cancel and reschedule the appointment and 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
